so um sprint is sending me a replacemnt......
 

so sprint is sending me a replacement phone in place of my mogul.... whose taking bets that itll either be another mogul or a touch? i know moguls are back in stock but i called and they said they are in short supply right now.... guessing all the people complaing who got touches..... now my question is has anyone else been having this not ringing problem find out if it is a problem with the phone? rom? or service in general.. cause i dont have any data connections active and im not even hibernating and im still not getting calls......

Search for "Slot Cycle Index" on the forum & you should be good to go. ;)

If you have a custom Rom try re-flashing to a different one... Slot Cycle Index doesn't have to do anything with that. I had that problem and after flashing the phone it start ringing again.

I just got my replacement yesterday... i got a mogul again... they let you know when your claiming it and they tell you if its brand new or not... i got one right out the box... with all the accs. again... all you gotta do is ask... plus you can find out if its refurbed if you know your MSL... ##778# and you can find out...
