NexVision Help!!!!
 

I installed nexVision newest rom. I cannot hear anyone and no one hears me when i make a call. also i do not hear any ringing. Can someone plz help me? My phone has the wrong phone number in it. how do i change it back.

Sounds like you didn't update the radio. I could be wrong.

Follow the update instructions. Flash to the new radio and then flash to the rom of your making/choosing.

i have the update from dcd 3.0.1 but i think i was suppose to have the radio from the newest sprint rom if i'm correct?

Correct. You need to run the Sprint update to 3.35. Let it do its thing & when it prompts to install the customizations do a soft reset. Put it in the bootloader (OliPro) and then flash to whatever ROM you'd like.

i ran the sprint update, but it didnt do anything for 20 mins. i just stayed on 0%. is this common when running this?

Sounds like your PC is not detecting your PPC properly.

Try a hard reset on your PPC first. Then try doing the install one more time.

Also if you are on Verizon be sure NOT to let the customizations runs. It WILL screw up your phone.

Try flashing the device via bootloader mode also will bypass any checks the Sprint ROM may do.

ok i finally got it to work. thx nexvision. everything is working but it's showing that my phone number is 000 000 6864. i can call other phones and my number shows up, but in my phone is shows that 000 number?

Sounds like someone jumped into things without reading what he was getting into. Who is your Carrier? Did you write down your MDN, MIN, A-KEY????

Sprint is my carrier. I had wrote them down when i first loaded dcd 2.3.1, but can't find the paper. there was never an a-key on my phone. the esn hex looks the same from what i can remember but i dont remember the esn dec or msid. what should i do since i can't find them. should i just continue to use the phone since everything else is the same.

i found all of the information. everything is the same in the phone so i dont know why my phone number is in my phone as this.

install the sprint rom. let the customizations run. use that rom for a day or so while you read up on everythin ;) and then try flashing again to a custom rom

i loved your rom. i flashed back to dcd and installed his newest one. everything is working now including my number showing up. so i dont know what the problem could have been.
