Wanted: HTC X Button as found in new Sprint rom

Hey -

The new Sprint rom has a nicer looking X button app than version 1.51 which I've seen posted around.

Does anybody have a cab or the executable for the latest Sprint rom's HTC X Button app?

three things you shoudl know about the app.

1) its slower to close windows than 1.5
2) comm manager does not show up
3) there is an issue with hitting the "ok" button on top closing the application you are in.

The latest build (based on 3.35) is posted in my FTP (see signature link)... it's slightly newer than posted above.

Also, the poster above me is probably conflicting with other apps, as I've never experienced the issues he's describing.

I've also noticed that comm manager and quickgps don't show up on it? Don't know why but it is what it is.

It's not a conflict with other apps. When HTC Task Manager 2.0 first came out and was ripped into a .cab, some essential files were considered 'nonessential' and excluded from an initial release of the .cab. The ok button would act like the X button and actually close programs. This created a lot of problems for things like adding new appointments calendars and such.
The newer builds/cabs have since corrected the issue.

GoodThings2Life: Thanks for hosting the ftp, there are some nice things available for download. I also wanted to say, great job documenting everything in the readme file. Not like it is a big deal, but I wanted to point out that the first few cabs have the same install name of "AOL Instant Messenger". I realize of course that it is just a copy and paste mistake but I wanted to let you know in case you felt like updating it. Great work.

I'll get that fixed up and repost them today.

EDIT: I've double-checked the cabs I've posted, all seem well. Feel free to PM me directly if I've missed anything.
