A2DP and no2chem's ROM's
I just went out and got a Motorola S705 bluetooth stereo headset today (it was on clearance at Best Buy for $23 bucks).
I'm able to pair it with no problems, and I get audio through it RIGHT after I pair it. However, as soon as I disconnect and reconnect the audio portion stops working. I can still control WMP, but the audio plays through the speaker on the mogul. I've run out of ideas. Is this a known issue? Anyone else having these types of problems? |
Re: A2DP and no2chem's ROM's
I have a similar problem with my Apache and the Plantronics 855 stereo. When I flashed, yesterday, the 855 worked great as both "hands free" AND stereo headset. I turned the 855 off to recharge in the evening. Now, today (03/19), the stereo audio skips to the point that it is unuseable. I tried rebooting the Apache - no joy. Uninstalled the 855, then reinstalled/repaired the headset - still not back to the way it worked just after the ROM was flashed.
very confusing... Anyone have ideas? |

Re: A2DP and no2chem's ROM's
Well, I found the answer.
My BitPool was set too high in the registry. After lowering it to 34, then I had no skipping problems. HLM/Software/Microsoft/Bluetooth/A2DP/Settings/ |
Re: A2DP and no2chem's ROM's
I was running 5055 and it wouldn't work until I flashed back to stock.
I got it at the Best Buy in Frederick, MD. They had one left! It was an excellent find because I would much prefer to use my own headphones when listening to music and this allows you to do that. D |
