tweaking program that exposed the extended ROM
 

Okay, I know I had this once and now I can't find it. It was one of those tweaking applications sort of like schaps advanced configuration application, however, I can't find the option in that application or any other one that I've downloaded.

There was an option in this one tweaking application that unhid/exposed the extended ROM to allow you to read/write to it like another directory when viewed.

Does anyone know which application that was?

It was made by no2chem. I can't remember the name, but it'll be on his site.

thanks for the quick reply, however, what I'm looking for is something like a tweaking program, i had it once, and all i had to do literally was check a button in one of the options to expose the ROM.

maybe i have to go look at the tweaks applications, it was in one of them and it's killing me that I can't remember which one.

As far as I know, no2chem's program is the only one that has successfully unlocked the exteneded ROM for read/write access.

I'm confused about the files on his site. It says they are for kitchen builds only. Is there a kitchen out for the Titan already?

actually, if i remember correctly, Schap's Advanced Configuration utility is able to unlock and mount the Extended ROM as well. i could be wrong, but i do know there was a "tweaking" app that was and is able to do so, as the OP said. i'd suggest checking out Schap's Advanced Configuration utility. if that's not it, try Triangle Powers' PPC6800 Hacks. their site is down but i'm sure you can find someone who will send you the cab for it.

That being said (and done, nice work!), anyone care to shed some light on the required files? I'd like to stream line as much as possible. I recognize some but others I don't know.
