Not Load Customations

OK I read about letting customization once and then skip after hard set, but how do you not let it go thru, I have soft rest, turned off, and removed battery and it still goes to tap screen.

The customizations they are referring to is where it gives you a popup window and states customizations will run in 3 seconds. At that time is when you do a soft reset to bypass the customizations.
