Updated my phone with the new ROM but phone wont make calls now

When I go to Settings > Phone, it says my phone number is 000-000-5397

what did i screw up

when i try to make a call it says im not authorized

any help is appreciated

you need to change your MDM and MSID back to what it was before you upgraded. For me, both are my phone number with area code. You'll need your MSL.

where do i go to change this and and what is my MSL? thanks

The best way to cal Sprint to get the MSL number or let them re-activate your phone. It should clear the problem. BTW, there is some program on here that you can get MSL number.

Did you run the Sprint customizations? I did a couple of hard resets to compare and noticed that your settings won't be there automatically if you don't run the customizations.

I noticed that I still had 25 mbs memory after running them.
