Hey - maybe running the 'junk' in the ExtROM is the problem. I have followed your suggestions as far as letting the customizations run and then doing a hard reset...and the only thing that I have done differently from you is running the cabs from the ExtROM.

I can stream radio and activesync (these are just the two data connections I've tested)...calls break in and I answer...disconnect call and data connection resumes.

I haven't had a chance to check the GPS yet, but everything else connection-related is working so far.

i still have no clue what the rom 3.35 is and i have a mogul so would really like to know

Right...I flashed it...let cust run...hard reset...skip cust....and then loaded my apps (basic stuff: Resco Exp, Pocket Player, LiveSearch, iGo and a custom dialer)

Before this I was running the leaked Sprint ROM and I didn't run any customizations then either.

The only thing I'm noticing that could be considered negative so far is that it takes a significant time for my initial tower connetion after a soft-reset.

I'm now running without customizations and it works.....BUT....I ran IOTA first after the last reflash. I think that was the problem. I forgot to run IOTA config after the reflashes.

So, in short....after you flash let the customizations run, then run the IOTA config. Then after that....hard reset. IOTA settings are set in the EPST so hard resets do not effect them.
