Just to clarify for those worried, I had the current no2chem installed on my Sprint Mogul and was able to install this update directly over it with no need to relock/unlock my Mogul. I didn't bother backing up anything since I just got this from Sprint and have just been testing ROMs and apps for the last few days.

Here is what I get for device info:

ROM version: 3.35.651.2
ROM date: 02/22/08
Radio Version: 3.35.04
PRL Version: 60610

Free memory at fresh boot after all Sprint customizations run: 24.79MB

And the basic Sprint theme colors still suck.
