The phone is relocked but you still need to flash 2.17 to be able to use it and you will probably have to correct some settings by using ##778#

I have the leaked Rom 3.16 should I change back to 2.17, I know everyone here is on custom rom. If I change back is it just downloading 2.17 rom.\I ithink only thoses with custom roms with bootloggers have to change?

i believe u can relock ur phone...and then go straight into the new rom when it is released from the tricolor screen..correct? if not someone please tell me no cuz thats what i planned to do haha...no need to go back to 2.17 right?

you can relock and go straight to the new rom but if the user relocks his or her phone they wont be able to use it till a new rom or the old rom was flashed onto it...

I would flash the old rom and check the msid etc before flashing the new rom. Just to make sure that everything is correct. I had to change my number and esn after downgrading.

i just spent an hour reading all these posts.. i cant wait for this, only a little while longer.. and i havent been up all night.. i just found out about this at 6 am, ive been messing with some dif. roms trying to find a way to track down the reg. key for slingplayer mobile, no luck.

About 30 mins until 9 am cst.
