I hate to chime in late to this long thread that I haven't been keeping up with, but I wanted to confirm that this update will be out tomorrow. I know some are still skeptical, but I just read an internal communication that confirmed this update.

Man I like that its coming, and I want it ASAP but I hate flashing on a weekday....

God I'm glad the official release is coming. I have the test version and it is making my ppc lock up alot now. And it won't even let me backdate the ROM image.

use the titan relocker it works to go back to stock

I Second you on that. I'm new here, but the roms I've tested use more memory then the official roms without any programs running. I Hope it comes out tomorrow..

question i still have the old rom my mogul came with, once i upgrade will the bluetooth fixes and the rest of the rom 2.19 be included into the new one or do i have to upgrade to 2.19 and the to 3. waterver number

Nah, each rom will still have the fixes of those before it so, you can skip from

2.09 to 3.xx and still have the fixes that were present in 2.17...
Each build up, improves upon the other.

Excellent, thank you for the info.

I just ran it, kinda made me nervous for a min. It got stuck in 3 color until I loaded 2.17 back onto it. I think I will wait until 3.xx is a official release.

I figured since the New rom is coming out tomorrow why not sit here and Try No2Chems wm 6.1 rom LOL...

Heck what do I have to loose LOL..

Yes you are right, a maintenance release for the Mogul (PPC 6800) will be available on 3/10/08 from HTC's site. Instructions and the software download are posted at http://www.america.htc.com/mogulupdate.
