Data Provisioning Failure After Restoring sprite

I have installed extended/ ktchen ROM sucessfully. I cam make call, get calls even acess internet. However after I restore a backup copy with SPRITE , I can no longer access / establish data connection. I have tried to initiate IOTA but I get '' Data Provisioning Failure Error Code: 1012 ''
FYI: I can still make call.

Anyway to fix it ?
