Help - Roaming issues with Sprint
 

I just recently had to have my phone reprogrammed do to network issues in NYC... Now about 4 days later I am no longer able to roam... It tells me my phone can not be authenticated and disconnects. If people try to call me while I am roaming it goes straight to vmail... Any ideas on what I need to do? I tried prl 60610 and 60711 and its the same difference. Btw the phone connects fine to verizon I believe but it just won't accept my phone.
Does it have to do with upgrading the radio to 3.27?
