Send/Receive not working after ROM update
 

:scratch:I just installed the dizzlev1.31 custom rom with rom 3.16 using the 3.27 radio. I had problems making phone calls after the install but I fixed that by correcting my MSID number. Now, I can no longer use the send/receive function when I am trying to get my Yahoo mail, even though the initial load of email after the email address is put on the phone. Its really irritating since all of my Yahoo accounts are doing this. I'm receiving an Error Synchronizing message after each Send/receive I do. I've tried to remedy the problem by retyping my password in under options and even deleting the email address from the phone and reloading the whole thing. I don't have a very good idea as to what the problem may be. :scratch:

BlackSpidey- I have the exact same problem. Did you ever get it solved?

I installed the 3.16 rom to my sprint mogul, everything went perfectly. I haven't had a chance to see if the rev-a is faster but the gps works perfectly. I'm able to make outgoing;/incoming calls and internet works fine. One small problem..., I can get my gmail emails but I can't get my yahoo emails. I am able to add the yahoo account information and the mogul says it's logging on, and retrieving messages then I get an error that says unable to connect/verify account is correct and message says ERROR SYNCHRONIZING. Sometimes a few minutes later it will also ask for incoming email password. I also turned on my wi-fi and was able to get my yahoo email messages.... this only happens when I'm using Sprint internet on my mogul. It does not happen with gmail.... seems to be isolated only to Yahoo mail. Also I even went back and deleted the account, reset it up, all correct passwords & it still won't work.
Everything works except this. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, any help would be truly appreciated in resolving.

I havent installed any ROMS and yahoo email is not working for me either. Stormrider, I think you got the answer in another forum today, not sure if you saw it yet

Pretty damn irritating for me. Now I'm going to look for an account that I can forward to. Yahoo Go works for getting my email but ver3 isnt available for my Sprint Touch and I doubt it would interface with the email count tab on the today screen anyway. yahoo assholes

Can you set up Imap4 or is this something you don't want to do?

I manually entered the settings and now I have my email. I'm not using Sprint mobile email or seven though

Havent got it to work yet. Funny thing is one of my Yahoo emails send/receive with everything else fine with it but my other two give me the errors you get!

what are your settings? maybe they will work even with sprint mobile mail setup. worth a try i think.

Weird. After a few days of trying a million things to get this Yahoo mail to sync to my mogul, the account I was trying to get to work, are syncing now. Have no idea why but it is. Weird...:scratch:

so they just started working out of blue? I've had the exact same problem for about 3 days now.
