Issue: No Incoming call notification + No Voicemail notification
 

Issue: My phone does not ring or do anything when my friend called me twice. He left voicemails and I did not get the voicemail notification until I made an outgoing call like 2 hrs later!!

I had this problem when I had the dcd 2.2.0 ROM and yesterday after upgrading to dizzlev 1.31 custom rom too.

Anyone else had this issue? Could it be that something was accessing my data pla n then - no, since I turned off data connection and called from my landline and the phone was right there in front of me with 3 bars and yet no ring!!

Pls help. I am getting really tired of this nasty issue.
