Cooked ROM's based on 2.17 for Sprint
 

Before anyone flames me I've tried searching for cooked ROM's based on 2.17 but can't find any. Pretty much all the cooked ROM's are for the leaked 3.16. I already have 3.16 but want to downgrade back to 2.17. Signal is too flaky for me. Constantly goes from EV to 1X although I'm in an EV area. Plus I really liked the Colonel's ROM but it was based on 2.16 and sucked up all the battery in the 8 hours I was working. Had good experiences with 2.17 so can anyone point me in the right direction?
If the Colonel has a cooked ROM based on 2.17 I'd really appreciate it.

BTW what should I do to downgrade my radio back to 1.40? Just run the stock 2.17 ROM?
