Need Help. VZW phone with Sprint ROM?
 

I have Verizon, and I installed the Sprint 3.16.651 ROM (the one stickied up top), and wouldn't you know, its only for Sprint. So I tried installed a few different ROMs, but its still on the Sprint network. What is the problem?

Okay, I think I may have the Sprint Radio on my Verizon phone. I have the 3.27, and I'm going to try what I think is the Verizon 3.27.

Well, now the phone says Verizon everywhere instead of Sprint, but whenever I try to make a call, I get an error message saying "We're sorry. We're currently unable to authenticate your phone. Please try again..." It asked me to dial #8899 if I have trouble, so I'm calling. It's taking me to Verizon tech support. I'm going to say I just did a hard reset (and play stupid).

Okay, so I spoke with Verizon tech support, and they told me I needed the Authentication Key (A-Key) to be refreshed, so now it works. :)
