I need help with upgrading ROM
 

I know this might be a hassle for you guys but i just got my HTC mogul a week ago and i've been trying to update it. I've been reading alot of the faqs on how to upgrade your roms and what not but it just isn't working right for some reason. If anybody can be so kind and walk me through it or just give a clear concise way of doing it i would be very grateful. i've tried the faqs here and on xda-developers page but i just can't seem to get it right.

P.S. i want to upgrade my phone to wm 6.1 so thats the NUErom i believe.
The rom version i have is version 2.17.651.0
my radio version is version 1.47.01

i have all my msid numbers and what not so i just need to know how to upgrade the phone. THANKS!!!!

at the part where he says to install the 3.16 radio upgrade i can still upgrade to wm6.1 with this right?

Complete his instructions through step 4 and you will have the "unofficial leaked" WM6.0 Sprint ROM installed. If that is what you want to run, skip the section "Install a Custom ROM" and jump to Step 8. If you want to "Install a Custom ROM" (such as the WM6.1 ROM), those instructions start at Step 5, and you should complete all steps from there to the end of the instructions.
