please help me.
 

i flashed to the 3.16 rom and in the process something happened to where i cant make calls. i am on a sprint version of the mogul and im kinda confused because i can get on the internet and it recognize my sprint username but i can make or recieve calls. any help would be much appreciated.

tht is for before i flashed wht do i do after tht and i cant make any calls.im sorry im such a newb im kinda panicky becuz last night i flashed both the 2.17 then the 3.16. i tried dialing both ##778#and ##778 any other advice.

go to start- settings- phone- click on services- click internet- and then try starting IOTA. see if that does anything.

Follow the instructions, in the first post of the thread I directed you to, to check your MDN and MSID. If the MDN is not your cell phone number, follow the instructions to change it. If the MSID is not a 10-digit number that is either your cell phone number or a number that looks like a phone number, you will need to call Sprint to find out what it should be and follow the instructions in the first post of the thread I directed you to and change it.

edit: did you flash the "unofficial leaked" 3.16 package, or did you flash a custom ROM and if so, which one?

i flashed the unofficial leaked rom. is there a way i can get tht information from sprint or do i need to flash back to the 2.17 rom i really dont know wht to do and i need to get my phone up and running becuz i have some important calls and i didnt see this happening.

i finally got a lil bit patience and figured wht yall were talkin bout. it took a hard reset and few hours for my thick skull to process it but my phone works now so im happy
