Downgrading back to 2.17 from MicroSD?
 

I have been playing with the leaked rom for about a week, and while it's cool to have gps and semi-have Rev. A, the lack of consistent tethering performance is a deal killer for me. And I LIKE On-Demand ;) I've decided to wait for the official release and move my mogul back to the 2.17 release until then.
Has anyone downgraded their phone by extracting the .nbh file from 2.17 to a microSD card and hard reseting? Like upgrading from the card in reverse?
I'm hoping that this is quick and easy and someone has already done it. Then I don' t have to worry about which version of the unlocker to use or anything else besides the 4 hours it will take to get my phone back to my personal specs.

Well, I'm Conteplating On Gong Back To 2.17 Cause Of The Fact That There Are A Few Strange Things About This Leaked One...

First Off, The 1 On My Dial Pad Doesn't Match That Of The Dialer Skin... It's Invisible. Then There's The Team 777 Sdhc Driver Possibly Not Being Compatible With This Rom, But Seems To Work Well With All Other Stock Roms.

Like You, I've Also Had This Rom Since Last Saturday And Plan On Going Back To The Latest Available Rom Until The Official 3.16 Is Released. I'll Keep A Lookout For The Rev. A/gps One At All Times...

i did it last night. it was real easy. make sure you rename the file or it won't work. other then that, no problem. now that i know how to do this, this will be the only way i flash my phone. the usb is just to flaky.

now all i need is a way to get the latest unlocker on to my phone without using usb.

i was thinking about going back to,i didnt know that you can do it off the memory card,can you show me step by step how to do it thanks

Well, I tried to get this to work, but the bootloader just keeps saying (very quickly) No Image File on a gray screen. I formatted the card to Fat32, and renamed the extracted file to TITAIMG.nbh, but no joy. When the phone boots, I can see the file so the phone can see it.
I am reverting now using Olipro's unlocker, and the USB method. It's taking a while and generally a pain. The card method would be a lot nicer if I could get it to work.

I might be mistaken but I thought the Sd card method works on all bootloader. however I know for sure it will work with olipro 2.40. Search for the HARD SPL unlocker. Run it completely and let it load on your phone. You should then be able flash with any nbh in the card. I have 2.17.nbh and 3.16.nbh stored in my PC and I can copy either to the card and rename it to TITAIMG.nbh. Put my phone in bootloader mode (hold power and camera while rebooting) and it always flashes no problem.
