So I'm using the lasted nue rom and decided to disable the threadedsms since I liked the old sprint text style better. After a soft reset, and even after I went and set my notifications my phone will not play a sound/vibrate/show a pop up window when I get a new text. Someone help please!

if i flash 5055 can i flash back to a older version for example 5052?

Ok we need to find out what happened to the missing Codecs within Windows Media within this rom.. I cannot stand not being able to play Mp4 files

I have attached it here as well.. Lets just hope it works... I tried this on my Mogul and from what it seems like all the media options now work..

Try at your own risk though..

Guys, I tried a couple of cursory searches, but came up with nothing that worked.

Here's my issue:

When I tried to flash this rom (build 5055 i believe..the newest one as of this afternoon), it went through to completion, but upon trying to reboot the phone just stuck on the HTC graphic and never loaded. Tried removing the battery and hard-resetting, same thing. I also notice this problem is happening on Nextvision's hybrid.

I flashed back over to DCD 3.01 and everything works fine.

I'm sure it's a user-error, i.e. I F'd up somewhere along the way, but 3,000 posts is a little intimidating, and my searches came up empty handed...maybe my word choice was off or whatever.

I'm running the Olipro 2.4 SPL, not sure if that's causing the problem or what. If any of you happen to know what this problem is off-hand and can link me to some reading materials, tha would be great. I'm willing to read and do my homework, I'm just having a heck of a time finding worthwile reading on the issue. Any help is appreciated.,

i'm just throwing this out there to make sure, but are you using the 3.35 radio?
