got it working. very nice!... I do want to give a n00b shout out to everyone that put up with my comments, I have been a member of many a forum and know the feeling of dealing with "the new guy" and I really appreciate all that have helped! and definently a major HT to n2c for the ROM.

What are the the below links (ROMs)? Are they the latest? What format are the "Tools"? CABs?

The Links you posts are n2c's ROMs no they are not Cabs, they are the actual "foundation" of the phone unlike cabs which are like programs that run ontop of the "foundation" . if you are wanting to update i would suggest http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=17667 it is a great starting point. The lastest is 5049 and the 2.0 V if I am not mistaken is for Verizion users.

Thanks for the info. I know how to flash my phone but
1 - I did not know the difference between 2.0 and 2.0-V.
2 - I wasn't sure of these were the latest and greatest.

no prob, If you look under that build link it has them all, you need to d/L 5049 .nbh if you are wanting the latest and greatest. ;)

The -V roms are for the Vogue (Sprint Touch), not the Mogul.

Good call, I have been surfing in between the two and have seen so many talking about VZW I just assumed it was that...but that makes more sense!

Great Rom been using since 5026 build. :)
But recently after keeping the 5049 build for awhile now im having the problem of old text messages resending after i reset my phone. anybody else having this problem?

**this also happened in the older roms as well.

Nope, not at all for me. I've been seeing allot of isses being radio related and I think that might be one of them. Try reflashing the radio again and then reflashing the ROM after and doing an IOTA after installing the IOTA .cab and see if that helps.
