Is there an easy way to use this ROM along with the beta kitchen? or is that just asking for problems?

Good 1 mate, dl and flashing...

Stuck in splash screens also i followed the steps correctly.

1. Flash/Use SPL Newest one.
2. Flash rom (stuck in splash screen afterwards)
3. Flash Radio ( haven't got to that step cause of splash screen + Can't Sync phone now)

Could someone offer some help. Im on a work computer that doesn't allow me to goto XdA to look further into the problem](*,)

You don't need to sync. Go to bootloader mode (hold power, camera and then reset). Connect to your PC and then run the radio ROM.
