simply relock your phone, and let the ruu run, when it gets @ 11 percent just leave it there for about 10 minutes and the update will continue.

That's not ALWAYS how it works. @11%, my updater utility actually threw an error (invalid command I thinK?) and crashed.

I had to run the exitbl utility and then re-run the flash utility and it picked up at 11% (I guess because that part was for the SPL) and then carried on through to completion.

maybe its a hit or miss thing?, mine got in bootloader mode @ 11% but just let it sit there.

I'm running Vista by the way. I think it's kind of luck of the draw.

1. Hard reset your phone. (I do this for fun, don't know if it ever helps but couldn't hurt.)
2. Re-Lock your phone if it has been unlocked to run hacked roms.
3. Update with new rom. Leave it alone while it reboots the phone a few times.

I downloaded it and know when i try to open this file RUU_TITAN_SPRINT_WWE_3[1].16.651.0_435009_RS3_27_00_SPCS_NV124.exe it doesnt do anything.

Connect your phone to your computer, running windows XP, and let activesync connect. Once activesync says connected, move on to the next steps. If you have run hacked roms, you will need to relock your phone, if not, you dont. Run the new Rom from your computer, and follow the steps. The phone will most likely fail once or twice, almost certainly at 11%. Go through the recovery process, and it will automatically resume the installation and will work. After this is done, and the phone is up and running, let sprint customizations run. Next, try and call your phone, if it goes straight to voicemail, your phones settings got wiped, and you need to call sprint. Dial *2 on your phone and ask the rep to "reprogram your phone". Say it like that and they will not ask questions. Write down EVERY number they tell you to input on the phone, as they are all important. They will walk you through the process, which will take MAX 5 mins. After that your phone is good to go.

Redownload it, I got a bad copy from somewhere and the image was invalid when it tried to flash the rom. Get it from a different mirror than last time (I think I got a good copy from rapidshare).

And here is the Rom update in a easy to use RUU I renamed the NBH file and put it in the Sprint 2.17 RUU. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=86YYWPXR Use at own risk it worked for me.
