Need BT fix for Alltel

Hi,

Everyone probably knows by now about the Bluetooth Hands-free Lockup issue with the Alltel 6800 phone. Is there any fix available?

Check the ftp, and navigate to my directory for 2.14 and Vogue Hybrid.rar .... its a mostly stock Alltel ROM with pieces of the Vogue swapped in to fix the bluetooth issues.

Most people prefer 2.17 roms though ;)

As a suggestion, you can try Custel's V1.1 rom. I have the 4mb version loaded and the BT works fantatstic... especially with a stereo headset where it automatically enables the profiles when both handset & headset are activated. Clarity is great too.

How to unlock Alltel 6800?

Thanks guys. Forgive my smelly newbie-ness, but can someone tell me how to unlock the phone so that i can flash these new ROMs?
