I cant get the rom to flash I just ran the exe and did everything it told me to.

When it gets to the progress bar on the phone it just sits at 0% and then the progam on the computer says lost communication enter recovery.

Ive tried it on both windows vista and xp same thing. Anything I have to do on thephone that I dont know about or what?

well apparanlty from reding it looks as though I need to download the unlocker to and unlock the phone first then do the rom update.

XDA is down so I cant get the unlocker program, would anybody care to share that with me id really appreciate it shoot it over to my email thanks.
