It worked fine for me. Once the initial pages loads, there's a button for "High Speed Download" (only for people with registered rapidshare accounts) and a button for "Slow Download" which is the one you need to press if you don't pay for a rapidshare account.

I got a file not found error. It worked once I changed the ! to a 1 in your link

*just a note here, MightyRom.com is UP, but all downloads link/point to lilrico.com which IS down...
