Verizon ROM Needed!

Thanks to the unbelievable wisdom that my 16 years on this planet has earned me, I decided to flash my brand new xv6800 with DogGuy's SPRINT Kitchen, believing the only difference in carrier roms to be cosmetic. Apparently, this is not the case, as my phone no longer can make calls, even after *228 option 1 and 2. I get the "failed to authenticate" error. AHHHHH
Anyway, I know that it is possible to rip a rom, I just don't know how to do it. So if someone that does, with an xv6800 could do that for me, I'd be eternally grateful.

I just downloaded the 1.40 Radio RUU Update. Are the nbh's interchangeable? If I were to just drag the VZW nbh in and the radio nbh out and run the update utility, would that work?

you have to flash one at a time

Doh, didn't know you had already made one. Would have saved me some time :)

Verizonguy,

Hello there, I have been using a lot of yours and helmi stuff on my xv6700 and really love the work you guys have done, my 6700 is border line dead as all the face buttons have stopped working, took it in to vzw and they gave me an early upgrade to the 6800 for 50 bucks. Anyway I saw that you also have a xv6800 but i was unable to really find any good info for the verizon version yet in the titan forum . Is there a way to have the phone load without the verizon alterations like we do on the 6700? Look forward to future developments and hopefully the 6800 will come to be as great a phone as my 6700 has been, one good thing is my wifi still works and i can use my 6700 as a sykpe phone

Thank you in advance

Hunter

I haven't released a 6800 rom or kitchen as of yet as things still are being tweaked to get the right mix of components from different official roms to make everything work the best it can.

If you make a custom rom and want to disable the autocustomization in the rom like I did with my apache kitchen, you can set
HKLM\Comm\AutoRunFlag to 0
or simply soft reset with the stylus when the countdown starts.

DCD has a newer kitchen available. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=353280

Works very well with my 6800.

*228?

I can ask about this here, right? It's off topic, but it was mentioned here.........What does *228 do.........is there a list of Vz keypad codes that I should write down?
