STEP BY STEP FLash htc mogul to cricket

Can someone please give me STEP BY STEP instructions to resest my sprint htc mogul and flash it to cricket. I have a partial flash on it now but it is not working properly. Someone told me to download some things and then reply back but I cant find them. I need a step by step instruction with the links for everything I need, ROM, RADIO, and all. Thanks
