Unable to send mms
 

I cook my own rom to 6.5. I tried the version 2804 and 2188. With both of them I am unable to send mms. I able to receive mms. I am also able to send and receive sms. I had Alltel. Then Verizon bought my contract, because I am south of Soix City Iowa. For some strange reason I am unable to check arcsoft Verizon settings. Or make new settings. I am using arcsoft 5.0.71.33.
