I also have windows 6.5 Build 28005.5.3.0 on a Verison XV6800 phone that I bought off EBAY cheap. The previous owner did the build just before selling the phone. Overall it is a pretty decent phone, but:

1. The phone won't work except on speaker phone. I have looked for settings to change or mute the earpiece, but have not found any.

2. The phone will log on to my wifi network, but I can't figure out how to get internet explorer to use it. IE just comes up with the connection and the only options are usb, dialing, and bluetooth.

The previous owner says he didn't have problems until t08he Rom update.

The other infor on the phone is that it has "Build 05" by ppckitchen.org and has a nuecpl kernel build 107 No 2 dated 2008 the ROM version lists 3.08.666.1 dated 6/18/08 and radio ROM 3.42.50

He has a lot of additional software on the phone, but the only thing I don't know much about is wififofum, which looks like just a wifi scanner.

My reason for purchasing the phone will be to wmwifirouter, other wise I would just keep my old 6700. I have not tried to load this yet.

Any help would be appreciated to get the phone and wifi working correctly
