Strobing screen?

I've had issues off/on with the screen freaking out and flashing with sections of the screen missing. The strobing sort of looks like lines of water running over the screen. It seems like it's when an all white page is up and the phone is confused. Anyone else seen this? I saw it a lot with EI22, but after going to CM9 with FB15, I have only see it once.

hmm...I personally haven't seen anything like it..how long does it last? :/
