Those are not official, that is just based on what is known. While there is a chance i9000 will get ICS, I doubt Epic will simply because sprint has no reason to.

Those arent official but 99% true for epic since no official gb

I don't think it was just the Epic users, Sammy doesn't update hardly any of their phones...them and LG.

i9000 was the first to get updated to Gingerbread and have been releasing maintenance updates every 1 - 2 months. (with a new beta every 1-2 weeks)

Its a safe bet the epic will never get gingerbread officialy.
