Swype dictionary gone - now what?

So lets say that I have swype on my phone but there are no words in the dictionary. This means that it doesn't recognize ANY gestures as words. Is there an easy way to install a dictionary for swype?

was there a dictionary before and it got deleted somehow? if that's the case then it looks like ur going to have to hard reset or uninstall and reinstall swype.
