Phone going crazy

Hey all. My phone had a weak signal so I turned it off and removed the battery. When I put it back on upon start up it gave me the start up when you flash the phone, Like I said I didnt reflash anything. I get to my menu and all my programs are there but none of them open. I keep getting fc' or unexpected errors and all my programs are unusable. My phone is running midnight 5.2 and bonsai kernal 4.02

Before you removed the battery did you wait for it to be completely turned off i.e. wait for the phone to vibrate? Because if you didnt and you didnt have journal on then its Data corruption

Also have you tried to reinstall the rom?
