lol... That's what's funniest... I just got a phone that works for ME.
And guess what??? I'm changing phones EVERY 12 monts. I can't let myself become attached to a phone for longer than a few months... My eye starts to wander. LOL.
It's just a phone.
It's cool and all... But there's something cooler around the corner.
That's why I love messing with g.

I hear ya bro, I never really cared for the tp2 much, and ditched it as soon as I could. I finally have my epic about where I like it, plus my line isn't upgradeablbe until next july. So I can't let my eye wander yet, or that's gonna be a miserable year phone wise.

Its ok you dont effect me at all..as I said..I care less about any manufacturer or OS or etc..my goal since day one was to help familiarize people outside of the HTC ecosystem to show that the other phones are just as good and will have just as much support...I promote the Epic because its easier for me to promote a device I am more familiar..but I would never tell someone to get an Epic before I think the Epic can suite their needs...

In the end of the day as I said I am hoping that when I buy my phone..no matter what brand I buy be it HTC, Samsung, LG, Sony, Acer, Asus, Casio and etc..there is a community to support and help people..so that I can choose the phone I like and fits my needs and not the phone I have no choice but to like...

Right now a lot of people have the mentality that HTC is instantly better since they are more used to it..and I don't blame them...but there will come a time for everyone where the form factor/feature you want/need is not available on HTC and their carrier..and at that point you'll have no choice but to switch..and won't it be reassuring that no matter where you go, no matter what you choose, there will be support for it from the community?

Its not a short term effort..its a long term effort...but we are getting there more and more..

Hell yeah bro... That's what it's all about.
I know that's why I'm here... If I decided tomorrow that I want to root my EVO... I know I would have help here... And if I had an epic... The same would be true.
I like what you do... You have a great handle on your phone and know much more about it than I ever care to know about anything that won't be here in 2 years.
But that's me. You do your thing bro. And I'm glad my trolling doesn't bother you.
