Charging port?

im starting to have issues with the charging port but do not have sprint insurance or tep . what are my options ? how much would it cost at a sprint store and can they even fix that? Is it something i can fix myself?

It should still be a free repair or replacement because the phone should still be under the manufactures 1yr warranty.

unless they say you damaged it by removing the cable to harshly. why is everything a crap shoot with phone companies

If i continue to have issues with it and i decide to take it in should i remove all mods on it i.e. return back to completely stock unroot etc..

ok also is that something they can fix say in 10minutes or is that something im gonna have leave overnight?

A lot of that depends on parts availability and the complexity of the repair, along with the tools & skills of the tech. If it's a good tech with good skills and proper tools, I'd imagine no more than 30 minutes and should be done while-you-wait.

well stock cable sux and that was my port issue so i use a blackberry usb and that fixed mine. when i had the issue it seemed like port was loose and connection was lost if thats whats going on in your case.

masetas remember we are on boost mobile. i dont think sprint offers support to a none sprint costumer just by having a phone sitting around or even less support for a sprint phone that was cloneed to boost.. well thats my beleive. who knows i could be wrong..
