Application Space
Currently I have used 396mb of 492mb (80%) of the available application storage space, according to the file manager I use (Adeo File Manager). I'm assuming that that this is phone storage. When I recently reflashed my rom and restored the data I got a warning that I was nearing capacity. At that time I was down to maybe 5% left or so, but I used apptoSD and moved everything possible to the SDcard.
So now I'm wondering if there is anything I can do, other than uninstalling apps, to get more space??? I'm an app junkie, and crazy as it seems, I actually make use of most of them. So, id like to keep what I have and will likely add more if something catches my eye. Any suggestions for creating space or is this a concern? Sent from my SPH-D700 using Tapatalk |

I'm still on the stock rom... And am also an app junkie...
Having said that... I use App 2 SD to move apps to my sd card. It works great and it too runs from the SD card. I have 131 apps on my EVO. p. |

ONLY ON FROYO!! |
Re: Application Space
You can format the SD card to EXT then you can move the programs to SD card even without froyo..I think...

Guys, I'm already using apps2sd, TBU, and the manage appl function to move the to the sdcard, but still I'm at 80% used. But there is a question, when I install from the market, then move to sdcard, is there still parts of the program on the phone that's taking up space? How do you install "to" the sdcard when installing market or amazon apps?

Ok I see app2sd froyo root (by Kevin LJ), it's free. There isn't a paid one with that name. Which other is a recommend paid one that will do the trick, or is the app2sd froyo root good enough?
