I think I'm going to give this a try since I cannot seem to ever get more than 2 bars, and drop service often.

I just got off the phone with sprint and I have an airwave on the way completely free. I had to get to 2nd level support, only because the 1st rep was really unsure of himself and thought I might have to pay for it. I told him that there are carriers that work better in my area, and I didn't want to pay for something to improve my service.

The 2nd person said I can have it free of charge and asked where I would like it shipped. \\:D/

I don't disrespect them. but who wouldn't given the service I've been getting with them lately. I even posted a thread about my service recently in the carrier discussion section, but I kept my cool about it. I also currently don't have a broadband connection in my home ATM so I don't see how it would work anyway and I usually had been using my WiFi when I did, so there's kinda no point to having one. I don't experience any overheat or rapid discharge issues when on WiFi or connected to better cell sites which coincidentally happens to be anywhere outside of my hometown.
