The tool first installs on your pc, then you gotta go to program files to run it.

great thanks for your help guys i will try doing the EB13 and if no luck then i will have to read up on odin and get it started

i did EB 13 and now it gives me errors when i try to update my profile or prl or firmware

Double check if your on EB13 if so, use the update.zip to update to EC05 and see from there....if you continue to have issues, try updating PRL manually..
