Download manager

Damn it if ya can't download it from a pc then ya gotta do it from the phone...

So what's the best download manager out there for the epic...anybody knows?

I'm looking for a really good one to replace the stock one. I want to download a big ass 90 megs tar file to my phone but after waiting 45 seconds and I start the download it times out at 1kb wtf... Stock won't do , dolphin sometimes, xda scope sometimes but still a little more than dolphin. and you can't get back your 45 seconds so I try again and they wanna make you wait an hour... can you dig it? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
