how to restore contacts from sdcard?

I just got an epic and Im trying to restore my contacts from my sdcard that I had in my touch pro 2 but I keep getting this error......Scanning SD card failed |(reason: no vcard file found on the sd card) What do I have to do to get my contacts off this sdcard?
