Talking Tom problems
Phone: Samsung Epic.
I am having problems with this program. Whenever i talk into the program the cat would put its ear up to the screen to try to hear me and just stay like that for 30sec or so. Then it would just repeat static noise and do the ear this over and over again non stop If it does hear me it is just what i say muffled with noise. Is there a way to fix this at all? I am afraid i may have problems with my mic |
Re: Talking Tom problems
Have you had any problems making phone calls? What do the people on the other end hear when you are talking on the phone? Can they hear you clearly or do they hear a lot of static? If the problem is with your mic then it should manifest itself no matter what you are doing. If its just the Talking Tom app that is having problems, try uninstalling it and then reinstalling. I have it on my phone (my kids love it!) and it works just fine.

I've had this happen a couple different times before. Sometimes closing it down & reopening it fixes it, but I have had to do an uninstall then reinstall as well to correct the issue. I would say it's a glitch with the app?! Good Luck

Re: Talking Tom problems
I really have no idea what people hear when i am talking to them. Need to ask them how loud and clear I am sounding and hoping it is at least a 5 by 4.
THis morning I tried this program with the headphone/mic included with my phone and it worked great. This lead to a aww crap kinda feeling Tonight i will download a voice recorder and try to see if my mic is really screwed up. There is no boost option for mics on these phones for multimedia content is there? Kinda like a mic boost for laptops. |
Re: Talking Tom problems
Do you have a home phone in addition to your cell? Call yourself. Or have someone stand next to you and call you and then switch phones so you can hear what your's sounds like.
