MR2 D107 System Update released today
 

This update is being pushed to my phone as we speak and I see no mention of it on here yet. It includes media hub and other fixes. The big question is will it cause the loss of root?

and fyi, the first character is an "I" not a "1".
samsung names updates according to build dates with the letter coraspoding with the month, i.e. a= janurary, b= february, c= march and so on. the first update our phone recieved was "H27" as in august 27th. this one is "I07" as in september 7th.

Thanks for the heads up...nothing like being late for the party. I guess I can't edit the thread title to fix it. Maybe someone will search for it the wrong way and get to the right place.

alot of people accually still havent gotten the update. im not sure why. some attributed it to having root, some attributed it to removing sprint bloatware. i think it was just luck of the draw, but as soon as a few people got it, they already had a flashable version on xda. their epic section is a lot more popping than ours.

I got this while heading downtown with my kid... clicked ok, went to look at my phone and it's bricked. I complained about not finding sprinttv.apk and said to reboot... does nothing now but go to the recovery screen. help!

after trying a bunch of things, i clicked the home button on the android recovery screen. it rebooted and worked fine.
