How to remove Sprint Bloatware
 

Now that I have rooted my Epic, can someone please explain to me how to remove all the bloatware that Sprint loads up on their phones?

You need a app called Root Manager, it can remove the apk's out of your phone and then you do a reboot and they're gone.

Its all the crap that Sprint loads on the phone before you buy it. Things like Sprint TV, Sprint Football, the Sprint NASCAR App, Qik, The Weather Channel, etc. They put it on there and you can't remove unless you root the phone, so for the vast majority of people out there they have a bunch of memory being hogged by programs they probably don't want and can't delete. Hence the word bloatware - it bloats up you memory with useless data.

If I need to follow NASCAR on my phone, I'll download the app.

wait for a custom rom that has all of it removed from the get go.
