Copy to SD card
Flash in Clockworks Recovery 3.0.0.6 or 3.0.2.5
Enjoy

This will install:
Launcher Pro 0.8.6
A folder called "Neon Night Extras" which has the Icons and a few wallpapers,

Now Here is Green Neon Night

This theme uses the new ACS EC05 theme template.

Many thanks to everyone at ACS for all of their great work.

There are some differences between this theme and Blue Neon Night besides just color, but for the most part it's color.

The instructions are the same as Blue Neon Night.

To keep it simple for me I'm starting this at v0.2 since any future updates will be done to both.
