i didn receive anything unstable w EH06 gb BUILD .. only thing i could think of was my cursor would jump spots when i tap the screen ...

but EH17 oh yeah we almost there even tho we all bout to leave the freaking EPIC .. smh so long of a wait of offical GB to have ur phone discontinued now we are all gonna move on to something else to devour w roms n tweaks

I'm not moving to epic touch or prime, I have a duel core photon and epic is better/faster so I'm keeping epic.

.... but like we talked before wouldn u want to upgrade from GB to ICS .. or will we ( meaning epic users ) just wait for a port over or something of sort or wud it even matter? ... i kno i like to keep up to date with software updates or improvements thats we consider every1 else in the world is getting

3rdly ur epic is faster stock compared to the photon stock

and the GS2 is way better than the photon in my thinking so wouldnt that be better plus with the roms tweaks etc

stock to stock photon is a little better sure its duel core but why do you think s2 will be better than photon? im gonna wait a little to see what quad has to offer. im very happy on this leak and when official and source gets here things will be picking up nicely.

So, now I've been running this for 4 days now I think. As far as stability goes, it seems to be better than eh06 and eg22. With those I would have multiple reboots a day, and so for with this one, I've had one total. Gps is still an issue for me as I have not been able to get a lock on any gb rom with any modem. Battery life seems to be pretty good. I can go the whole day without charging, and I'm a heavy user. Just a few of my thoughts on it.

wow gps is no issue for most people from what i see, do you use "faster fix" cause that helps me and i can tell when i forget to run it?

I've seen a few complaints like mine on xda about it. JC told me his phone could lock but wouldn't follow him walking down the street.

This Rom is working fantastic for me. Coming from froyo ec05 I can definetly see a speed improvement. No gps issues, i get a lock in under 30 seconds everytime.

That's been a prob with most of the newer leaks according to threads on XDA and elsewhere. From what I've read, there's no fix. I've been sticking with EH06 with Chris's+ kernel and an EG22 modem. No reboots whatsoever, fast and snappy, fairly good battery life, no keyboard lag, GPS working well. Only neg after at least 3 weeks or more is slow refresh of icons and widgets on home pages.
