no dice. still get 'searching for GPS' when I run navigation. Modem is ec05 I think

hmm this leaves only a few options..

1. ODIN EE03 modem and see if that helps.
2. Download GPS Status, and lock a signal
3. Try Bonsai GB B13

You could also try the EC05 modem. GPS works good with it for me, but battery life isn't great.

I tried gps status and it couldn't get a lock. I'll try the other modem later today but now I must prioritize and the pool is calling my name! thanks for the help!

no problem.. for now I'm back on EC05. Hopefully in a couple weeks we'll get a better GB leak.

I do! I've been very quiet since I got my epic in Feb. Been poking around and thanking posts but not commenting much.

and I tried faster fix too and it still won't lock

I tried gps fix too, and couldn't get a lock. I'm on ec05 though. I'll have to try different modem.
