Condition : I would say this phone is about 2-3 months old. I got Sprint to send me a brand new Touch Pro about 2-3 months ago when I was having some issues w/ my previous Touch Pro. This is a used phone, with a "BodyGuardz" case on it. It was put when I received it so there shouldn't be any scratches. More information on the Bodyguardz case can be found here.
