Looking any device with wifi. I sold both of my 6700s, and then got a new job where the wifi on a mobile would help immensly. It will not be activated as a phone so bad esn is perfectly ok. I am looking for something cheap. It can be held together by duct tape for all I care. It just needs to be functional as far as wifi and having a touch screen would be a bonus.

Hessien, you're not gonna find a WM device, especially a PPC, for $20 bucks. If you want a WM device for a low price, get a smart phone...
